The 20.5 ha development area of the Tähetorni Tehnopark will be built for commercial use and the premises are suitable for production, warehousing, logistics and trade companies. In total, 12 business buildings with an area of almost 60,000 m² are planned in the Tähetorni Tehnopark.
All commercial buildings at Tähetorni Tehnopark are part of the Favorte Stock trademark. In the near future, we will add several electric car charging points, bicycle racks to the technology park for more environmentally friendly traffic, and a pedestrian-friendly environment has already been created within the business park. There is a Paemurru bus stop in front of the Härgmäe 21 building and we have also created bus stops in front of the Härgmäe 22 building in order to extend the bus line network into the business park in the future.
Tähetorni Tehnopark is located in the Haabersti District by Paldiski Road at a 12-minutes’ driving distance from the city centre. It is a developing commercial cluster, which well-designed buildings form an architecturally uniform and representative entity.
In addition, we have started to create a new community just 600 metres from the Tähetorni Tehnopark. In the next few years, 23 apartment buildings with 334 homes will be built in the Rehelepa residential area. New housing developments are also being built at a fast pace in the nearby Astangu settlement.
