The 20.5 ha development area of the Tähetorni Tehnopark will be built for commercial use and the premises are suitable for production, warehousing, logistics and trade companies. In total, 12 business buildings with an area of almost 60,000 m² are planned in the Tähetorni Tehnopark.
All commercial buildings at Tähetorni Tehnopark are part of the Favorte Stock trademark. In addition, we have started to create a new community just 600 metres from the Tähetorni Tehnopark. In the next few years, 23 apartment buildings with 334 homes will be built in the Rehelepa residential area.
